Role Description:

This together with your excellent communication skills, reliability and yearning to succeed will bring you success. What opportunities does the apprenticeship scheme cover? 
  • Will give you the opportunity to embed yourself within one of our organisational departments. This department will be your ‘Home’ department and your Line Manager will be identified to you from Day one and will be your steering guidance throughout your apprenticeship.
  • You will be integrated into exciting and necessary project work, the outcome of which will directly benefit the organisations key targets. There will also be planned opportunities for developmental rotation around other departments to give a broader range of understanding and also to grow your networking capabilities. These projects and other varied experience opportunities will start to build your confidence and natural ability within your chosen field of Interest.
  • As well as the above, you will attend one of our preferred suppliers for degree qualification. These vary according to your chosen profession and include Warwick, Gloucester, Buckingham and University of West England. It can be Day or block release and over durations of 4 to 5 years.
