An assessment centre is where you complete a combination of tasks and activities that test your suitability for a graduate job. You’ll have the chance to demonstrate a wider range of skills than you would have been able to during a traditional face-to-face interview.
We are rerunning our Assessment Centres Webinar, providing you with an opportunity to get an overview of what to expect at an assessment centre, learn some tips and tricks to help you land that dream job or internship, and to ask any questions you may have.

Webinar Criteria:
Grassroots Graduates is a Job Board that provides professionals seeking Apprenticeships, Internships and Graduate jobs with career opportunities in the UK. We aim to diversify and make the job market inclusive by supporting professionals from marginalised backgrounds/groups currently underrepresented in the UK workforce.
As such, we welcome attendees, either currently in University education or have graduated in the last 12 months, who identify under one or more of the following criteria:
- Identify as part of a minoritised racial or ethnic group in the UK
- Identify as a working class person
- Identify as someone with a disability
- Identify as neurodivergent
- Identify as LGBTQ+
